Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Appointments are the surest way to get the stylist and time you want, and most of our clients book ahead by phone or with the request form. When a chair happens to be open we are glad to welcome walk-ins, and more than one of our Google reviews tells exactly that story. If you are nearby and hoping for today, call us first and we will do our best to fit you in.
Why do some services ask for a deposit?
Keratin treatments and Great Lengths extensions begin with a consultation, and the $100 consultation deposit reserves that one-on-one planning time with your stylist. For some other services we may also ask for a deposit at booking, because your chair is held just for you and our stylists’ days fill quickly. When you book, we will always tell you up front if a deposit applies to your appointment.
Is there a fee for paying by card?
Yes, we include a 3% processing fee for credit card payments, which is shown on our menu so there are no surprises at checkout. If you would rather skip the fee, ask us about other payment options when you book. Everything else on the menu is priced exactly as listed, from a $45 gloss to a $300 full color service.
Where do I park?
We are at 304 S Dixie Hwy in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, and there is metered street parking right on our block. Our clients regularly tell us parking is super easy and that they almost always find a spot steps from the door. Give yourself a few extra minutes at busy lunch hours, then come on in and relax.
What should I book if I want a big change?
Start with a consultation, especially for color correction, keratin, or extensions, where the plan matters as much as the appointment itself. Tell us where your hair is now and where you want it to be, and your stylist will map out the services, the timing, and the honest price before anything begins. Color correction is priced at consultation for exactly this reason.
